2 New Field CTOs to Drive Enhanced IT Ops for BigPanda Customers


BigPanda announced Scott Stradley and Jason Walker as its new Field CTOs to help their customers and partners through the complexities of present-day IT environments.

As per a company release, the Field CTOs will help customers scale, improve service availability, and reduce live ops resource usage by taking a holistic approach to ‘customers’ monitoring, correlation, and collaboration approaches’.

Operation centers, DevOps teams, SREs etc may face multiple challenges, especially now with a changing paradigm of work environments, that may attenuate the desired results across IT infra, applications, networks, etc; the operations support for which tends to be reactive instead of proactive.   • Scott StradleyOpens a new window has served across multiple organizations over two decades, at companies such as xMatters, HPE, and Informatica. He has been with BigPanda since Mar 2017.
  • Jason WalkerOpens a new window served over 11 years in the US Marine Corps, and has since worked in areas such as quality assurance, project management and analytics for Blizzard Entertainment, as Director of their IT Operations Center. He joined BigPanda in March 2020.
