“The world of work has seen a profound change,” said Matt Levin, chief strategy officer for ADP. “While some trends were already emerging, like remote work and digital transformation of HCM technology, there has been an acceleration that will impact the way we work moving forward. All eyes are now on the workforce and how to safely and effectively return to work amid this change. As a trusted partner of businesses of all sizes for over 70 years, we want to provide employers with the insights, data, and guidance they need to help successfully make the transition.”

Four event sessions will guide attendees to safely return to work. These events will discuss how the world of work will change post-COVID-19 and legislative changes that organizations will have to navigate as employees return to work. The audience will also hear from industry-leading strategic advisors on their “back-to-business game plan.”

Staffing industry software provider Bullhorn has also descended on the virtual path in response to the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and considering the safety of the community. Bullhorn has decided to transform its flagship staffing and recruitment conference Engage 2020 into an online conference, EngageX. EngageX aims to provide attendees with the same engaging experience they expect from Bullhorn’s global conference but in an online format. Bullhorn has also made the conference free of charge to all attendees.

Through this event, hiring managers and recruiters across the industry will get a better idea about leadership, the future of staffing, and effectively engaging talent.

Scheduled on June 18, 2020, EngageXOpens a new window will bring recruitment leaders as well as practitioners together to gain insights from industry experts, and into Bullhorn’s product training and the company’s vision for 2020 and beyond.

Keynote speakers at the event include Dr. Dava Newman, Apollo Program Professor of Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, former NASA Deputy Administrator, and inventor of the BioSuitâ„¢ planetary EVA system and Matt Fischer, president and CTO at Bullhorn.

EngageX will also throw some light on Marketplace Showdown that features Bullhorn Marketplace partners and the Innovation Throwdown for developers to share their ideas for new features with the audience.
