Microsoft Teams Scores Compliance Recording via New Partnership

Numonix and Ribbon Communications team up to deliver compliance recording solutions for Microsoft Teams users, eliminating the need for physical storage.

Recording tech provider Numonix and communications software and network solutions vendor Ribbon Communications teamed up to deliver Microsoft Teams users with compliance recording functionality. The functionality will be available for audio, video, and screen-share based interactions, allowing Teams users to record and manage sensitive data securely.  

Steven Bruny, Executive Vice President of Sales for Americas Region at Ribbon Communications said, “The seamless integration of our Microsoft-certified SBC with IXCloud allows Microsoft Teams users to quickly and easily be up and running in minutes with the ability to record audio, video and screens.”

Numonix is an existing Microsoft compliance recording provider and the company’s partnership with Ribbon allows them to support Teams Direct Routing. Through the support of Teams Direct Routing, users will also be able to record Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls within Teams.

The solution will be cloud-based and delivered as a fully managed service via Microsoft Azure.
