Jo Lawrence named U.K. HR Director at Exertis

June 22, 2020 – Exertis, the distributor of technology products for B2B, enterprise, mobile, and retail markets, announced the promotion of Jo Lawrence to U.K. HR Director. She succeeds Nick Foster, who took on the additional responsibility as HR director for Exertis International earlier last year.

Lawrence joined Exertis in November 2019 from Life Insurance Mutual LV. Before that, she spent more than 15 years at the Kingfisher Group in senior HR positions.

Anne Lebel joins Capgemini Group as CHRO

Carita Himberg named senior vice president of human resources at Metso Outotec

June 26, 2020 – Carita Himberg has been appointed senior vice president, human resources, and a member of future Metso Outotec’s executive team. She will start in her new role latest before the end of the year.

Carita Himberg joins Metso Outotec from Stora Enso, where she works as SVP, human resources in the packaging materials division. Before that, she held global HR leadership positions in Microsoft, Nokia, and Outokumpu in Finland. Earlier, she held several HR director and management roles at Microsoft and Novartis in Switzerland.
