“Rizing believes true business transformation comes from within and that understanding and responding to employee experiences within your business is a pivotal step,” said Luc Hédou, CEO of RizingOpens a new window ‘s Human Capital Management line of business. “With Rizing Employee Experience Insights, we are committed to empowering organizations to use experience and operational data to spark productive change.”

Rizing EXI’s Future-Focused Functionalities

With Rizing, Qualtrics solutions can now advise customers at all levels of enabling an end-to-end experience management solution that is coherent for their particular businesses, and maximizes people data across software solutions.

EXI merges the collection and evaluation of data with Rizing’s capabilities to create experience assessments and guide clients on how to leverage data to bring about a positive change.

Rizing’s human capital management (HCM), training and development, and change management professionals can frame questions according to the needs of a particular business.

In addition, Rizing can collect data from any other system and pull it into Lyra, Rizing’s proprietary analytics platform. Recently, in a webinar, Rizing demonstrated how the Lyra platform could be leveraged to integrate COVID-19 data to enable employees’ safe return to work.

Further, Lyra merges operational data with experience data from Qualtrics to drive data-driven decisions across the people-related ecosystem.
