Artificial intelligence (AI) becomes more ubiquitous in core HR functions, as seen in Sapiens’ partnership with CLARA Analytics.

Sapiens Americas, a provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, announced on June 4, 2020, that it will leverage CLARA Analytics’ AI-powered predictive analytics tools in the Sapiens CoreSuite for Workers’ Compensation.

This integration will improve the outcomes of worker claims and reduce multiple sources of loss-costs in claims handling. Customers will also receive access to in-depth analysis to reduce risk.

The collaboration Opens a new window will also enable interventions for loss-time injured workers and is likely to benefit them. Using a predictive modeling framework, it will also provide users to simulate the costs and benefits of existing early intervention programs.
