Technology is delivering us into the future at speeds never seen before. We are all about making connections, building intellectual property, and making sure we stay ahead of the competition. In the bargain, however, we are also exposed to darker elements. We need to know what exists in the world around us and how to navigate this if we are exposed to it. With that in mind, my round covers a few ideas about how the world is currently evolving, across dimensions, and what you can expect!Â
Enhancing Benefit Carrier Offerings With API IntegrationsÂ
Consumers are accustomed to receiving rapid responses to their activities and inquiries in today’s tech-driven society. They want immediate responses and access, whether they’re ordering a product or opening a bank account. Paper forms are a thing of the past, and it’s expected that these out-of-date processes will develop to keep up with the current pace of life. Employees are no longer ready to wait days or weeks to pick up and access their benefits; this is an example of such a process. In an era where benefits are a big pull for employees, API integration into carrier programs adds value to organizations. According to Leslie Erwin, senior director of application development at ADP, APIs may considerably boost offers and output for a better, more simplified experience.

Is Your Organization Monitoring the Dark Web Yet?
The Deep Web is beneath the tip of the internet iceberg that you see when you use search engines to find information. This makes up the majority of the iceberg’s mass and includes everything that isn’t indexed or crawled by search engines. This includes databases that organizations don’t want to be made publicly available but are completely legal. Part of it, though, is the Dark Web, which is only accessible through specialized resources and is home to threat actors and cybercriminals all around the world. Ben Jones, CEO of Searchlight Security, discusses how, like the rest of the internet, it can be both a force for good and evil (an anonymizing medium through which journalists and activists whose views could lead to imprisonment or death can communicate in relative safety), as well as a force for evil.

B2B marketing has evolved significantly in recent years, particularly during the pandemic. Digital marketers used digital executive events to establish meaningful engagement with prospects as physical events went online in a matter of weeks and are now evolving into hybrid experiences. Teams from all around the world learned to collaborate and hold meetings through the internet. In a world that is continuously evolving, marketing professionals have understood that ongoing innovation is critical. Forrester recently conducted a study to determine the rate at which marketing innovation efforts are adopted in businesses, and the results revealed some fascinating findings. New-age Ponzi Schemes: NFTs, Crypto and Everything In Between?
It’s difficult to navigate the world of crypto and, in particular, NFTs. Web2.0 has spent the larger part of the previous few decades consolidating and simplifying (or, centralizing) to improve the user experience, whereas Web3.0 is the polar opposite. NFT debates tend to boil down to the most basic of questions: Are they legal or not? Here’s what Kevin Susman, MATRIXX Software’s VP of Brand and Communications, has to say about it. Decentralization is the eventual goal of Web3.0, for better or worse, and its obscurity is part of the brand cache. Disconnecting yourself from your preconceptions allows you to understand that most of what we believe and invest in is likewise a Ponzi scheme, so debating whether NFTs are a Ponzi scheme is pointless.
