EZ Texting, a text and SMS marketing application for business, on May 26, 2020, appointed Rachel Cochran, as the vice president of people. Rachel brings 15 years of experience in recruiting and talent management to the company.

Rachel switched to EZ Texting from Dropbox, where she served as the senior HR business partner and Austin site leader. Before Dropbox, Rachel also served at Evernote as the principal human resources business partner.

Peter Ward joins ManTech as vice president of human resources

The same week marked yet another key appointment as ManTech announced that Peter Ward would be vice president of human resources and talent acquisition for the company’s Mission Solutions and Services (MSS) Group.
Before joining ManTech, Peter served at BAE Systems as the senior director of human resources for 19 years. He holds an MS in organizational leadership and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a BS in Psychology from Plymouth State University.

Susan Yun named chief people officer at Information Builders, Inc.

On May 28, 2020, Information Builders, Inc., a data and analytics company, announced the appointment of Susan Yun as the chief people officer.

Susan brings 30 years of experience to the company and has worked in enterprises such as JDRF International, XO Group, Inc., NBC Universal, and General Electric. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Queens University and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from the University of Illinois.

Jason Hernandez appointed CHRO at Centerstone

Centerstone, a behavioral health and addiction services provider, announced on May 28, 2020, the hire of Jason Hernandez as chief human resources officer, effective June 1,. As a part of his job, Hernandez will oversee talent acquisition and onboarding, learning and development, employee benefits, employee support, and engagement efforts.

Before Centerstone, Hernandez worked at FedEx Freight, Thomson West, The Data Center, and Greenleaf Technologies, Inc.

Hernandez holds a B.Sc. degree in social science & biology from Chapman University, an MBA from Union University, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational leadership at Vanderbilt University.
