Clarabridge Inc. was named a Leader in The Forrester Waveâ„¢: AI-Based Text Analytics Platforms (People Focused), Q2 2020. The report evaluated the 8 most significant providers in the market based on 27 criteria covering the current offering, strategy, and market presence. Clarabridge received the highest score of all 8 providers in the current offering category and the highest score possible in the strategy execution, performance, and global presence criteria.

According to Forrester, “Clarabridge is primarily a Customer Feedback Management platform on text analytics steroids.” Text analytics is the core technology underpinning successful customer experience (CX) programs, surfacing insights from massive volumes of unstructured data (customer service calls, emails, chats, private messages, social media engagements, survey feedback, online reviews, etc.).

Alterian Named a Leader in Journey Orchestration Platforms Evaluation by Independent Research Firm

Alterian has been named as a Leader in The Forrester Waveâ„¢: Journey Orchestration Platforms, Q2 2020. The company received the highest score possible in the Journey Orchestration, Quality of Visualization, Client Experience, Usability, and the Commercial Model criteria.

The Forrester Wave report states that Alterian “increases cross-functional adoption, reduces cognitive load on employees, and improves CX by tracking, visualizing, and influencing real-time interactions,” and the “rules-based decisioning and AI help individuals sidestep break points and provide the right action or message.”

PROS Named a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape

PROS, a provider of AI-powered solutions that optimize selling in the digital economy, has been named as major player in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Applications for Commerce 2020 Vendor Assessment.

According to the IDC MarketScape, “CPQ applications have long been known as a tool to assist sales reps to sell the right product at the right time and for the right price, but modern B2B buyers are demanding more from CPQ application.”
