Zeotap CDP Announces Its Availability on Google Cloud Marketplace

Zeotap, the customer development platform (CDP), has announced that it is now available on Google Cloud Marketplace (GCP). This means that Google Cloud customers can offset their Zeotap CDP costs against their Google spending commitments, and they can onboard the platform without additional cost.

On Google Cloud Marketplace, customers can find and purchase vetted third-party integrated solutions. These solutions can help them move to, build on, and work in the Google Cloud without many hassles. The availability of Zeotap on the marketplace provides significant cost savings for companies that want to onboard a customer data platform. It also provides these companies with a frictionless procurement process, thus saving time. Further, it will help customers in the form of consolidated billing. This is because customers will receive Zeotap’s fees directly on their Google Cloud invoices.

Zeotap recently raised $11 million in Series C funding, which it plans to invest in expanding its workforce and product research and development. Marketers could then leverage their first-party data to engage their audiences across Google’s products such as Gmail, Shopping, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.

The latest move to host its services on the Google cloud platform offers Zeotap and its customers a few advantages. For example, while plenty of applications are present here, certain applications are more in demand. A CDP could be one such application. Further, listing its product on GCP allows the company to potentially offer more flexibility in the way its customers use the product and a consumption-based model. It also makes it possible for Zeotap to provide more variety in its offerings. For its customers, this could mean access to more tools, data sets, payment flexibility, cost savings, and an enhanced purchasing experience.
