UJET Debuts Channel Partner Program to Expand CCaaS Reach

San Francisco-based UJET, cloud contact center solutions provider debuts its channel partner program with contact center advisor PeakView to help customers modernize cloud communications.

Cloud contact center solutions provider UJET has kicked off its channel partner program with cloud contact center advisor PeakView. The move comes on the backdrop of the company’s $55 million Series COpens a new window funding announced earlier in June this year.

As the cloud contact center as a serviceOpens a new window (CCaaS) segment grows, UJET is raring to rival entrenched players like Talkdesk, Avaya, Five9 among others with its first channel partner program. Speaking exclusively to Toolbox, Darcey Harrison, Chief Revenue Officer at UJET said, “Prior to COVID-19, the move to the cloud and the need for customer service digital transformation was already taking place. But what the pandemic has shown us is that business continuity and the need for scalability, reliability, and security from anywhere is a must. The new UJET channel partner program allows UJET and its channel partners to extend their reach in providing businesses with the next-gen CCaaS tools and technology they need to meet both current and future operational needs and customer experiences.”

The partnership with PeakView will allow UJET to help enterprises and Fortune 500 companies identify and leverage secure, scalable, reliable, customer service tools to both improve operational efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
